Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing me as your braider! To ensure that everything runs smoothly, please read and adhere to the following booking policy: 1. Deposit is non-refundable except in cases where the fault lies with us. 2. Please ensure your hair is clean, detangled, and product-free. 3. If you are providing your braiding hair, please see the booking policy for the Braiding Hair Guide to ensure the correct type and amount of hair. If not, hair can be provided at an additional fee. 4. If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to any contagious illnesses, please reschedule your appointment. I reserve the right to refuse service if I feel it may compromise my health or the health of others. 5. Timing and Focus: When I arrive, let’s keep the vibe calm and focused so we can get your braids done on time! If friends or family start chiming in with style suggestions or changes we didn’t plan, that can slow things down and disrupt the process. If this happens, I’ll have to wrap up the session early and keep 70% of the payment as a cancellation fee. 6. Style Changes: If you’d like to make any adjustments to your chosen style, please let me know before I begin braiding. Additional charges may apply, and same-day changes are subject to availability depending on my schedule. 7. Work and School-Friendly Service: I understand that many of my clients are working professionals or students, so working or studying quietly during your appointment is absolutely fine.
