Welcome to Ennie’s Braids. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website, bookings, services, and purchases. By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully before booking an appointment or making a purchase.

General Information
  1. Ennie’s Braids provides hair braiding services and products. These terms apply to both our online bookings and shopping services.

  2. By booking an appointment or purchasing products through our site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  3. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting on our website. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

BOOKING POLICY

We are not liable for delays or service disruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, transport issues).

Booking Confirmation

Confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation email or message. Please ensure you provide the correct contact details.

No refunds or Incentives for discounted services

Once a service has been rendered, no refunds will be provided.

If a discounted service is offered no further refunds or incentives will be provided.

Non-Refundable Deposit

Required to secure your booking.

The amount will be applied toward the final service cost

Final Payment: Any remaining balance after the deposit is due at the end of the service.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid additional charges. Cancellations within 48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit.

Rescheduling

Requires 24hr notice.

Transport Fare

  • Location less than a one-hour travel radius requires an additional £10 transport fee.

  • Locations Beyond One Hour: The transport cost will be added to the total fee for customers whose area is more than one hour away. This amount will be calculated based on the specific distance and included in the final total after the service.

Discuss Dissatisfaction Before We Leave

Any issues or concerns about your service should be discussed before we leave your location to allow us to address them on-site.

Inform us within 24 hours of the service being completed to qualify for a discount on your next booking.

BRAIDING HAIR GUIDE

For your convenience, I offer the option to provide braiding hair for an additional fee. However, if you'd prefer to supply your own hair, please follow the guide below to ensure you bring the correct type and amount of hair for your desired style.

Knotless Braids, Fulani Braids, or Stitch Braids

 

  • Type of Hair: Pre-stretched Xpression braiding hair

  • Amount Needed: At least 4 packs

  • For Shoulder-Length Braids: Get Lagos braids

  • For All Other Lengths: Get Pre-stretched Ultra braids (may need 5 packs for butt-length styles)

Classic Box Braids

  • Type of Hair: Non-pre-stretched Xpression Ultra braiding hair

  • Amount Needed: 10 packs

SHOPPING POLICY

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or issue a refund.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns for unused products in their original packaging within 28 days of delivery.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Ennie’s Braids is not responsible for allergic reactions, injuries, or damage arising from a client’s failure to disclose relevant medical conditions or scalp issues.

Tools

We are committed to providing a safe and hygienic environment for all clients. Tools are sanitised after every service.

Allergies, Sensitivities & other Medical condition

If you have any allergies, scalp sensitivities, or other medical conditions that may affect your service, please inform us in advance.

Contagious conditions

We reserve the right to decline services if there are signs of contagious conditions (e.g., scalp infections).

PAYMENT POLICY

We only accept contactless card payment for in-person payment.

We do not accept cash/bank transfers
